Unsatified Customer Poor service

I was a customer with DSTC for years, they have no customer service experience the consultants cannot advise what they charges are for. My DSTV has been reconnected i pay in advance i never had viewing but i am still being charged. i lodge different complaints with people sent an email to their *** no response. i am very dissatisfied i would rather have other services then get this kind of treatment like we need them more then they need us and ripping innocent people off.
