Unsantioned Debit Order

For the past few years, I had paid my DSTV account on a yearly basis, I go into the store, and pay up the full amount due for the year, last year I had paid up my insurance for the year as well. This year, I thought that paying DSTV for the year may be too costly for me, however on 2 Feb, I get an sms from my bank saying an amount of R10024 had been debited from my account. Firstly, I had not authorised for a debit order to go off my account yearly, Secondly, there was no reminder sent to me saying that my year was almost up (I assumed I had 1 month left) and thirdly, needless to say I had insufficient funds in my account. Further to this, the bank has charged me R100 as this was unpaid due to no funds. Immediately I had contacted DSTV, I sent an email to a gentleman, who responded, and I never heard from again. I then raised this on the DSTV website, and was contacted. On 7 Feb I was advised they will look into the account and advise what the best solution will be. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I have not even checked with the bank if this reflects negatively against my name/profile as this was in no way a fault of mine.
