Unresolved quiry due to poor customer service

Iam a frustrated Multichoice customer. I paid R450 to MUltichoice on 15 August 2016. I received a message for an outstading amount of R419 on 20 August 2016. I made a follow up with DSTV on 20 August 2016 and provided the proof of payment to ********** co.za and ********** I was allocated reference number ********** . I forwarded an email to ********** ********** on 20/08/2016. To date no feedback has been provided. I followed up on 25/08/2016 and no feedback was provided. On 30th August they disconnected my dstv. It was reconnected after my call and i resubmitted my proof of payment. ref no provided was ********** . I was asked to send an email ********** which i did with proof of payment. No response has been forthcoming. On 04/09/2016 my dish was again disconnected. I called and was requested to send again proof of payment. i even made a follow up with my bank and they responded "the payment was credited successfully to the recipients account (MULTICHOICE AFRICA (PTY) LTD)."

I sent another follow up emails on 05/09/2016 and forwarded the email from my bank. I got a call this afternoon on 06/09/2016 from debt department informing me that I am owing R499.00. Each time they disconnect they charge a levy of R50.

My enquiry is still unresolved and I have proof of payment to confirm that I have made a payment on 15 August. I am frustrated as hell and need this to be resolved asap.
