Unresolved queries

3 enquiries lodged since 1 Aug 2025 for the same problem; still unresolved. *********** people are tasked with resolving issues they have no clue how to resolve. Mentality is that if we ignore it, it will go away. Requests to escalate issue to managerial level go unheeded, probably because the fact that they have no clue what they’re doing will become known.
