Unresolved Error 2 Weeks Ongoing

Have not to date resolved the error we are getting when trying to view Disney +. Problem ongoing for 2 weeks. Several calls made, finger pointing between Dstv & Disney+ and the customer shunted back & forth between the 2 as to who is responsible. Price Locked account. Revern Sasti ***.
