Unresolved DSTV catchup and unable to watch extra view DSTV

Up to now I am still struggling with my Extraview DSTV error.On the 18th MultiChoice called me after lodging a complaint.They tried to fix my problem with failure and promised to call me but up to today had never heard from them and the problem still stands
