Unresolved and unhappy!!

Pathetic when connectivity- changed settings and deleted all my catch up favourites on the secondary explora. They also Can't call you back so we have to spend hours trying to explain to them what’s wrong and eventually they still don’t understand or don’t give you want you need I wish people were more competent and you did not have to repeat yourself 13 times!!$
