Unreliable, *********** call-centre staff AND systems

I have been paying my account with a debit order (as MultiChoice encourages people to do) for the past number of years, wthout a problem.

Three months ago, all of a sudden, my service is disabled. Upon inquiry, DStv admints that it is due due a system error and re-connects my service after a do a manual payment.

After THREE MONTHS and numerous call with the call-centre and technical/IT guys, the problem has still not been resolved!!!!!!

Really DStv????

Is that the level of service you promote and take pride in??!!

Good bye DStv.....Hello ShowMax!!!

Dinah, the issue is not what amount I owe. The issue is DStv's failure to put a solution in place so that the existing debit order which is in place, can be utilised. Also, I have no interest what so ever so have my subscription reinstated!! Please be clear on that!!! Yes, I call centre service was in contact with em yesterday...after I YET AGAIN phoned them! So please don't pretend that DStv is fulfilling on their promises and that the onus is on me to rectify the situation. You promise a service and you request that subscribers pay with debit orders - if your system cannot accommodate this via PayU, don't offer it as an option!!!!!!!!

Also, it is arrogant of DStv to send me a message stating "we confirm that you have been responded to". That is indeed not the case and the issue is FAR from been sorted out.
