Unreliable

I called Multichoice on 19/05/2020 to inactivate my account. I was assured by two people that it had been done and nothing would be deducted from my account. Month end came and Multichoice debited almost twice the amount I usually paid. I’ve been calling and getting empty promises of reversal since last week. Kindly do the right thing.
