Unreliable DStv
I received an email from DStv saying "here is 3 months of free Disney plus on us around the 27th of March" on the 28th of March when I checked my balance it shows that there is a R100 charge added for Disney plus to the amount I must pay by end of March, I called DStv to ask them to remove the charge as I did not add the service and this service is promised to me for free, the charge was removed and the following day the free 3month Disney plus service was switched off without an explanation
