UNRELIABLE

<p>On 19th February 2017 i had the guys from DIAL DSTV come out to do some technical work. Granted they completed the jod and I paid them in FULL. Last weekend i encountered some issue with my extra-view where no signal is received to the secondary decorder. I called the company to request the team to come back and replace a cable that they patched as this is now creating problems. Every day now i call them to come out but they have been giving me the run around and they don't have any control of their teams that goes out to the Clients. Sometimes they don't answer the phones and i call them from different phones just to confuse them. They so called approved installer for Multi-choice DSTV I highly question THAT !!!! DSTV should remove all these fly by night companies from their website because i have seen other articles with regards to the same issue of installers and their sh@t servise</p>
