UNQUALIFIED DSTV INSTALLER
its been 3 days and the guy is giving us the run around to fix dstv etxra view. I dont think this installer is knows what they are doing. Details are the following Accredetation Number ***3MC Accredetation company: SAMITCH PTY LTD Technician Name Mitchel Sambo Qualification number MC***TR17

As per our telephonic conversation, please send us the details on the private platform as we cannot see them on the public platform. Once we receive them, we will try to contact the installer to find out if he will come and assist. Should we not get positive feedback, we will escalate the issue.
