Unproffesional service

So my mom and i spoke to almost 8 consultants today requesting to be reconnected. The last consultant was silindile .zama under team leader viola govender if that even their real names.so unproffesional .we paid the account on the 1st but as we were in the middle of our faviurite show we got disconnected.these people dont even know what they were talking about on the phone.each consulrant had a different story and a different outstanding fee.one even mentioned that we are on a package we are not even on.no one bithered to check nor reconnect.instead they jst kept on guessing different figuares.
