Unprofessionalism of dstv Multi Choice

Hi. I am a dstv subscriber for a number of years. i live in Kwa Zulu Natal in the Phoenix area. Since Saturday 2019-04-06 my dstv channel 167 Starlife has had an echo to it. i have called the call centre everyday since and i have been frustrated. I was first informed that the problem was on my side and i had to reboot the decoder. i did that and the problem persisted. On Monday i was asked to call Johannesburg and i was then told my tv could be the problem. i was also told that my decoder could be faulty. All the other channels played properly. Each time i was informed that my problem would be escalated and they would call me back but they never did. I have taken the dstv to the service centre in Umhlanga Rocks on Tuesday and it was established that the channel was faulty and that they would rectify it the same day. i was promised a call back but it never came. On Wednesday i called the call centre and asked to speak to the supervisor or the technical department i was placed on hold for a half an hour until the call was terminated. The inconvenience caused by MultiChoice and their unprofessionalism is really frustrating and i will not recommend them to anyone and im at whiths end to cancel the service
