Unprofessional, ********* Practice
Dear DSTV. My account has been inactive for 3 years however, an automatic debit order was actioned on the 1 June 2020 and money was *********ly withdrawn from my bank account without my approval. Having repeatedly contacted the call Centre to rectify, I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account. To all DSTV customers, please be aware of this unprofessional practice
