Unprofessional service from an multichoice agent

What a pathetic service I got from Neliswa Jozi, first as she was taking my call I had to hold for few seconds as she was busy conversing with her colleagues and laughing her lungs out. Secondly she was totally clueless about the Dstv products and the last straw was when she could not even find my profile in the system . I repeated my ID no about 4 times and she she still did not get it right and she says it’s not returning any results. The most frustrating call ever. I ended up hanging up because I am using my own airtime which she she could be bothered .
