Unprofessional service

Spoke to Nonsesane from DStv , I'm sorry to say but DStv is robbing us, they just disconnected my service after making payment on the 1st which is my payment date, she advised I owe 100 as they charged me on July according to her I was disconnected which never heppened , she said they charge 50 I asked ok I hear you so were does the other 50 comes from she said they charge you twice for reconnection and that's how they do it, I m always paying this thing I expect my services reconnected with immediate effect, I owe DStv nothing I always pay 150 monthly
