Unprofessional don't care about customers

I'm in shock I wanted to apply for a package only price lock I app**** online no one calls me the call centre for the price lock them to call me but Tey said Tey can't help me because I have to take a decoder with but Tey wil email the side that helps with takeing a package only price lock it's been more then 60days and not one time did someone call me this is unacceptable and I think it's time cancel DStv. They clearly don't want customera very unhappy
