Unprofessional

I'm writing this review for the second time, and it's evident that DSTV doesn't prioritize its customers. Despite raising my concerns previously and being promised a prompt response, I'm still waiting for feedback. Meanwhile, my monthly payments continue to rise without the issue being resolved. This lack of professionalism is disappointing.
