Unprofessional consultant!

Dstv is really becoming out of touch! After so many times reaching out to them to sort out the dstv internet issue, I get assisted by a rude consultant by the name of Cynthia! Not only did she not answer my questions but closed the chat while I was chatting and did not even send the rating option, to show she knew what she was doing was wrong !! Very unprofessional, do not even know how she ended up at the customer service. Big thank you to Paballo who then took the chat when I made contact again. That LiveChat platform is a mess, consultants do not have full and complete knowledge of products and have different information each time but of the same thing. Ridiculous!
