unprofessional and unreliable

1. I requested information about Dstv internet (bundled family package) was provided with wrong information. 2. I requested to be called back to change my current package on the 30th of December 2022 the lady was chatting to online just disappeared without notice. 3. At 21:41pm was called by a manager from *** to ask if my issue was resolve which is excellent, I told her not then was told the lady who was assisting was on load shedding, but never returned to me not sure if still on load shedding till today 4. to date iam still waiting for a call from DSTV which is not happening is so unprofessional for such a big company to have unprofessional team.
