Unprofessional and unacceptable!
Dstv is useless! I accepted a 2 year contract from their call center a month ago, which included an Explorer Ultra. I got 4 messages from FOCAL POINT to advise me that they were coming to install. I took 4 days off work to be here, and on 3 occasions no one arrived! On the 4th occasion, they arrived without the Ultra!! Then on Fri 21st May, I sent an irate email to Dstv ( I could no longer use all my cell phone airtime, as I had also called Multichoice 3 times), and then on SUN 23rd, I got a very apologetic phone call to say that it will be escalated and sorted out urgently! Well, 8 days later, I haven't heard a word from them, totally unacceptable!!!
