UNPROFESSIONAL AND UN HELP FULL
CUSTOMER NR : ***0 <br> Yesterday on the 1 March 2015 I wanted to rent another movie on Box Office after we had load shedding for 6 hours. I got an sms to say rental request was unsuccessful because of the monthly cap on the account. I called the call centre advised them of the sms I was told because my account is over due that is why I cannot rent another movie I have to wait for the debit order to do of on the 3rd March before I will be able to rent a movie again. I was shocked because I have never had a returned debit on this box office account, and surely we are in the new month and the debit will still be going off on my account. I called twice the second lady I spoke to said she will escalate my request to see if I can rent more movies than what I am capped on and she will call me back, no-one has called me up until now. I really feel that they treated me like I am going to not pay for the previous months movies ? why would I keep on renting movies if I an not going to pay it. The first person said I should make an EFT but doesn't EFT's also take about 24 to 48 hours to show in another account. you are ABSA and I am Nedbank? If
