unprofessional and rude service consulatant(***9i24)
<p>i called in to reconnect my dstv service, i spoke nompumelelo ngwenya. i found her to be very unprofessional and rude. when we was explaining some of the details which i didnt get at the moment she was very impatient, rude and even raised her voice at some point. at some point she even pretended she wasnt hearing what i was saying(propably put me on mute), she came back after a few seconds of silence saying she wasnt hearing me properly. she even got sarcstic along the line. the overall service was **********. </p>
