Unprofessional and does not keep their end of the deal

Made contact a week ago to upgrade and purchase the dstv internet router. It's a week now, haven't received any communication of any sort. Made contact again via the LiveChat platform, was informed that they did come for delivery yesterday but no one actually came and made contact with me. Very unprofessional and not even getting any help now that everything was done and purchased. Definitely sent through a cancelation for everything as they do not care at all! Hoping that will be done! Never again getting involved with dstv
