Unprofessional and con artists

If it was possible to give a zero star rating I was going to do that. DSTV Multichoice is a **** and cons. I paid my account then two days later they deactivated my decoder. Then they say someone will be in contact with me shortly then no one calls. I just want my refund because they are unprofessional and don't take their clients seriously. I even emailed my proof of payment but still no assistance.
