Unprofessional agents
If you want the most useless service just to waste your time i recommend these guys. i was disconnected 4 times this month and each time when i call no one has a clue and they cant find the record of the previous call and oh the supervisors are worse. each and everytime you call they tell you very same thing and when you call in again and tell them who you spoke to they have no idea who that is.
