So i explained that Mom passed away and we would like to order a router as we are already still paying for the compact ourselves. We were sent a 3rd party form which my younger sister completed, sent her ID copy and when your driver got to my house they refused to deliver the goods. Obviously the driver gave you back the router yet you did not care less to call us? Why did we go through process of 3rd party form if we cant get a router because Mom is no more?!?!?!? Did i not tell you that we paying everything ourselves?!?!?!?!?
