Unprofessional

hi<br> <br> I called in abt 17h00 on Saturday the 5/01/15. A lady by the name of Ntobsuti not sure of spelling cos she didn't want to spell her name. He arrogance just irritated me. Very unprofessional. I called in to query my account and what information I gave from the internet was not got enough for her. How am I suppose to know things that are on my account that don't have descriptions. What are they there for??? Is it not to help customers???<br> I asked her to escalate my complaint to the team leader or manager and she told me I can do it myself. That how professional she was. Dstv you are a very big company. Ask staff to think out of the box. As I was talking to her she put the call down on my after holding on 10mins for her to pull my account. Please I urge to train your staff with better managers and respect and also have the companys interest at hear.
