Unprofessional

Multichoice is so just imagine calling with your own airtime and not getting any help from them. Bad experience with price lock debited wrong amounts of money and I called them several times about this but no help none whatsoever they said I have to go to one their centres to solve and they don't have access to my account because it's on pricelock how is this possible that a call centre agent can't solve my problem.this is so annoying
