Unpleasant service from associated organization

I would like to ask if you may assist with Onairtv unreachable contact since your organisation is associated with them. I'm really not pleased with their service due to them not replying to calls and emails and when you tried calling your company agents will just say there is nothing they can do. Can I return this decoder because ever since I started with this contract in April I have not been happy with their service and I cant even begin to imagine when 2 year will come so this contract can come to and end. Their service sucks and I wonder why Multichoice associates themselves with organization such as this!!!!!!
