UNORGANIZED PRICE LOCK DEPARTMENT!!!

I'm so irritated at the moment with the poorer that poor service the Price Lock department are delivering. How many people is working in that office. We've been calling that office since Friday and to date their agents are busy. No answer to your call what so ever. Been holding for 30 mins plus, no assistance. That department is mess. Please appoint more agents as it is bad service for a client to hold the line for 30 mins plus , listening to funeral music. Seriously get that department sorted or you will be loosing clients and money
