********ly collecting more money

Firstly the service is so bad and no one is held accountable. Secondly, they ********ly debited my account more than they should have. I inquired with them when I got the sms for my next debit order but then I was told that the other decoder was not cancelled thus it reflected that amount but then it was rectified. Little did I know that it was not done and was billed a lot of money for what..their incompetence. I need my money back. All this started because of this ultra payment plan. I wish I can reverse the whole thing as I have no joy with this,being it the decoder or tyre payments that come along with it.
