********l debit order
Dear Multichouce
My next payment is due on 15 April 2020 . However one your agents told me it will go off via debit order. Now , i do not have a debit order agreement agrement with you. I always pay cash. Now with whose permission are you deducted my payment via debit order because i have never consented to it. Strange i cant stop it now other words i need to pay bank charges. But who gave permission. Also exactly a year ago the very same thing happen also in April 2019.
I request again that you remove my bank details from your system.
Also the amount of R1163 is also incorrect. It is supose to be R 1129. Its R 1094 ( premuim fees , insurances and extra view fees incl ) plus R35 for the rental of one movie = R1129. So where is the other R34 coming from.
I trust that matter will not only be acknowledge but solved as well

Thank u for your response , but the matter is not solved yet.
In Kasigo ' s response he acknowledge that my payment due was R1128.
However if i go on dstv self service and on DSTV whatts up platforms is shows a payment due of R1163.
Why is your balance as calculted by Kasigo and those on your self service platforms different.
I have also calculate my payment due and it correspond with those of Kasigo.
When i go make my payment by any spar or shoprite outlet they will tell me balance due is R1163.
This is the confusing part.
Your self service platforms shows different balances as the one that is calculated.
Self service platforms : R1163
Your agents calculation : R1128
My calcultion : R1128
If the balance is R1128 then something is wrong with your self service option and it must be corrected and so always my payment as well
