********l debit order 3 months on , still not resolved, shocking service

<p>3 months ago , mulyichoice debited my account, the amount was more than what we agreed , i used my airtime to call and ask them to return my funds as i need to use it, they said 10 days it will be back in my acc.</p> <p>That did not happen, the next month end came and they debited my account again with out crediting me, i made contact again and no one came back to me!!! what must i do to get my money back?</p>
