Cancelled DSTV 1 year ago - Suddenly they started debiting me for insurance in the past 2 months. Called the call centre and was passed around between the insurer and dstv while no one takes accountabilty. Promised a call back within 2 days...10 days later and no call. Just called back and had to repeat all my problems to someone who does not have the capacity to focus. Asked to speak to the manager and guess what I was able to create this profile and log this complaint and I am still holding for the manager to get to the line...... 20 minutes and counting. DSTV, keep doing what you doing - You are a special kind of special.
