******** Business Practices by DStv

Dstv have debited my account ********ly, despite me requesting my account to be suspended, and still, they have not assisted me in resolving this issue. Its been 6 months and no one has had the decency to follow up on this matter. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls made to them which has fallen on deaf ears.
