Unknown subscription

became 549. I called and queries this, I was told someone put insurance on my decoder, I told them to cancel, it's been a year and 8 months now, nothing has changed. I called today, the lady promised to call me back and never did, I then called again. The guy who answered said its R549 for subscription, I told him I signed up for 499, he did not have an answer . I cant wait for June so that I can cancel this nonsense.
