Unknown listing on credit report

There is Dstv account that is reflecting negatively on my credit report since November 2024.

I tried to reach out to customer service but none of them could explain what is happening. I was on compact package then suddenly when I wanted to pay was told to pay more than R1k.

Every time I try to resolve this matter I end up more frustrated because of the incompetency of customer service agents. I asked for email address to escalate my problem and they refuse.
