Unknown deduction

Dstv has deducted amount of R250 for service called ESL that I never activated and don't even know what it is,I have already called their service centre more than three times and told to hold until my airtime got finished,I have used more than R80 on airtime,my name is Daniel Menyatso ID *** cellphone ***,was told that activation was done on 20/05/2022 and deduction was done on the 15/02/2023
