unknown DECODER PAYMENT PLAN DPP on my credit report

What is this DECODER PAYMENT PLAN DPP appearing on my credit profile, and affecting my credit score. I am on a month to month subscription and have never missed a payment which comes off my account by debit order. I bought my decoder cash. Am I missing something.
