Unknown Accounts linked to My Mother's account

I don't know whether Multichoice employees are robbing their customers or what, Every year my mother is being told that she has 4 decoders that are linked to her account and my mother has only one account which its Serial number is A*** with a smartcard : ***.can please explain why is this happening and delete all those accounts under her account. My mother is a pensioner and she cant be paying for what is not due to her plaese explain who the below accounts belong to
