Unknowledgeable agents that don't take accountability. Pathetic customer service

I have called numerous times to downgrade my package and it seems like the most difficult thing for the agents to do. Instead of downgrading my package they added add ons. I have requested someone call me back to resolve this issue but that even failed. I will be taking this company up further.
