Unjustified debit order anomalies.

I have since lodged a complaint with Multi Choice through the contact centre and even walked straight to the Randburg branch with no assistance to date. i was told that all my 5-7 complaints and queries were escalate to the relevant department but to date, no one ever made an attempt to ring me. I was debited +R1800 they failed to explain what was it for. i have requested to be presented with the Voice recordings of our contractual agreement or sales calls, and still got nothing. It is purely evident that Multi-choice have no regard to the TCF Outcomes.
