Unjustifiable reconnection fee (Trash service)
I usually pay our DSTV monthly subscription fee around the 4th or 5th of every month without any additional costs. To my surprise, it's only the 3rd of December but an additional R50 reconnection fee has been added to our account. How does this work? I find this to be very poor service. You don't get to disconnect us whenever you feel like it.
