Unjust Suspension of DStv Services Despite Account Being Up-to-Date

I am extremely frustrated with DStv's poor service and lack of resolution to ongoing issues. My account is up-to-date, yet my services have been suspended again, with no valid explanation.

Previously,(in October) DStv wrongfully signed me up for a funeral cover I never authorized. I requested proof in the form of a recording, which I am still waiting for to this day. After escalating this issue multiple times, I ensured the unauthorized funeral cover was canceled and that my account was cleared of any charges related to it.

Now, despite my account being in good standing, my services have been unjustly suspended. DStv’s handling of this situation is disappointing.
