Unimpressed with DStv multi choice

Fed up with price lock and DStv,after a lengthy discussion about a incorrect billing,and confirmation that the correct amount will be deducted,all just lies as the incorrect payment was deducted,and noone can tell me who to contact about refund...NOT impressed
