Unhelpfull

I have insuarnce on my pvr decoder and after many years of paying insurance to DSTV, when I finally wanted to claim, Iwas given the run around.I was never told on accepting insurance you have to travel over 300 kilomters to have youre claim sorted otherwise I would never have joined as the closet Agent for them was 65 kilometers and none exiting ....After many hours spending on the phone to them Im still not even closed to being sorted ...
