Unhelpful Multichoice

I signed up with DSTV Stream ene of July 2025, when registering on the app it gave a few problems by not responding, i eventually registered and was given an amount of R745.60 the pay for one dstv stream service. On the 26th of August 2025 DSTV tried to take R3597 off my account. When i did an enquiry the result was i was told that i registered 3 streaming services and that part of the amount is arrears of the two additional services that i never used. They told me that they cancelled the two additional services but i have to pay for the arrears and they cannot cancel it. My question is why was i not charged for the additional services in the beginning and why must i now pay for something that i never used. I paid the R699 for the new month on the 27th but was disconnected this morning . How is this fair?
