Unhelpful from DStv

I did not sign up anyway about cancellation fees the only thing that I do I join that discount as I said I did not remember even a single day that there's a cancellation fees when I cancel and I did not cancel it I just added the DS internet so they were supposed to tell me that I was on that contract so if I ate the other one contract the first one you must be deducted cancelled and they're going to charge me they didn't not advise me about it so you can't say that as I was on there discount contract and now as I join internet dstv I cancel it as as I'm saying I was not aware of that so that is not my problem it's your problem and you working people you must fix it not me remember one thing since I spoke to them I think it was on 15 last month after spoken to him after 5 days they open my channel after they did close it I think after 5 days if I'm not mistaken so it means that your people they are making mistakes and not mine I'm sick and tired of these things of dstv access deridder open my channels I'm not going to pay any amount office if don't block my TV or my account for ever they will rather do that because there's they think they are all in our lives they don't all our lives we are f****** paying that money that is our money to my mother talking to I'm f****** dumb of that how many times how many times I need the voice where I said or I agreed that I have to cancel it this is nonsense itching every time DSTV is giving us problem many many South African people complaining about DStv
